Shipping:
Sterling & Singh pieces are hand-crafted and made to order, so the creation takes approximately five business days. Upon completion, the item will be sent with a tracked and signed for delivery service.
Shipping for completed pieces,
Within the UK: Royal Mail signed for delivery takes 2 business days for arrival
Within the US & Europe: Royal Mail delivers within 5 - 10 business days for arrival
International: Royal Mail delivers within 10 business day for arrival
Should US, Europe and International orders like a courier service, please email us directly to request DHL, delivering within 3 - 5 business days
Please note that all items will be sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis and customers will be liable for a customs charge outside of the United Kingdom, for which Sterling & Singh is not responsible. We do not ship on the weekends or bank holidays.
Returns:
Please contact info@sterlingandsingh.com within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Items are eligible for return and refund (excluding postage), if unworn, alteration-free and with all tags attached, within 14 days after receipt. For items received after this period, we reserve the right to deny the return.
All returns must be shipped via traceable and insured mail. The product is your responsibility until it reaches our premises. Shipping return charges will be paid by the customer.
Exchanges:
Please note that exchanges will be submitted to the same customs procedures, therefore applicable for duty and tax again. If you would like to exchange an item, you will be charged shipping on the new order.
